* docs: 在 uv 部署文档中添加不支持 WebUI 升级的说明
通过 astrbot run（CLI 模式）启动时，会设置 ASTRBOT_CLI 环境变量，
updator 会拒绝 WebUI 触发的升级操作以避免版本管理混乱。
用户需要通过命令行执行 uv tool upgrade astrbot 来更新。
