Add interactive plugin init prompts and normalize generated plugin names to the astrbot_plugin_ convention.

AstrBot SDK 接入实施计划

本文档基于用户 whatevertogo 的分析文档,补充具体实施细节。

一、架构验证结果

经代码审查确认:
