* 没有某个分类的提交时不生成该类标题

* 忽略 build|ci|style|debug 类型的提交

* coauthors 改为 list, 避免协作者顺序被随机打乱

* 由于 ignore_merge_author 默认值实际上是 True, 命令行参数调整为 merge_author
