353c0ec972 fix: 修正特克诺干员名 OCR 误识别 (#17030) 
## 问题与修复
issue 日志中，排序重选阶段 OCR 将“特克诺”识别为“持克诺”，导致后续按精确干员名匹配时无法命中。
在全局干员名 OCR 替换表中加入规则，仅将完整识别结果“持克诺”替换为“特克诺”。
