+为进一步促进 AstrBot 社区生态发展，鼓励优质插件的创作与分享，桐谷霁屿团队邀请到了 AstrBot 社区发起本次社区合作计划。

+本计划采用「社区投票 + 评审筛选」的方式：参与插件将进入公开投票环节，由社区选出得票数最高的五个插件；若当期无主动报名项目，将从官方插件库中选取优质插件补充入选；随后由评审团基于实用性、创新性与社区价值等维度进行综合评估，最终确定本期获得支持的插件。
