4f36a1b568 fix: 更新 243 极限效率一天四换排班表 (#12146) 
取消 A+C 短班中的宿舍自动填充，避免把已经移出的令重新放进去恢复心情。

Disable dorm autofill in rotation "A+C" to avoid putting Ling back in again.
