refactor(config) : reorganize settings loading ( #10133 )

重新组织配置读取的函数。虽然还是没找到 #2535 的根因。
ConfigHelper 使用.bak前应该先检查一下.bak是否可以被有效解析，可能会出现两者同时解析失败的情况
AsstConnect 勾选自动检测的逻辑处理感觉有些乱，也一并重写了一下。

feat!: 拆分 maskRange，允许禁用数色时闭运算 ( #10250 )

- 数色时使用的参数从 maskRange 中拆分并命名为 colorScales（-s 代表它是 list of color scale）
- 增加 colorWithClose 开关数色时闭运算，默认为 true
- maskRange 回退为仅支持 `array<int, 2>` （即 `pair<int,
int>`）的输入，但代码中保留彩色和多个范围的支持
- colorScale 支持 `list<array<array<int, 3>, 2> | array<int, 2>>`，TaskData
实现中额外允许（不推荐的）
