f33e9c4fbb fix: 修正繁中服水月肉鴿會卡在 "緊急運輸" 的問題 (#5790) 
終於能解決這個問題了 🎉🎉🎉

爬 log 發現 "緊急調遣" 都會被識別到敘述裡的 "安全屋"，其他不期而遇則是有 "Unknown Event" 的問題。
試了一下才發現，原來是不期而遇關卡名一直沒有加上 ocrReplace  _ (´ཀ`」 ∠) _

本來可以再早一點發 PR 的，結果改完後一直遇不到緊急運輸沒辦法測 :(

4c2c644bfa refactor: from ba75736 Manual Stage navigation EN 
The reason I had to do the first commit is because the "baseTask"
wasn't working properly, so I copied the inheritor,
and now it's working as intended.

@MistEO Please change the auto update resources as it's the third time it changes the event name because it has a wrong event schedule. There is no Ling event rerun right now.
It's Chongyue and Lin event time.

b3e17de782 增加 Qodana 静态扫描 (#5662) 
用于 MAA 主项目的话，建议去 https://qodana.cloud/ 申请一个对应 MAA 主项目的
Token（因为要配置SECRET）。开源项目应该可以免费申请 Ultimate/Ultimate Plus 的授权。

目前还不确定这个静态扫描需要在哪些流程触发，目前是放在main了，感觉可以根据pr流程等进行变更。

主要是解決 #5691 下面提到的資源收集關卡截圖問題。

順便把基建的各設施截圖也一起重製，
應該可以解決 #5150 #5642 #5326 這幾個 issue 裡提到的設施略過問題 (?)
